PIT BOSSOur pit boss Steve and wife Elaine bring their barbecue roots to Fairfield. Having apprenticed in Texas and honed his skills at Tyler’s Barbecue in Amarillo, Steve’s mastery of barbecue presents authentic barbecue with Elaine's unique twist.
